You see a guy lost and trying to find

Those years in the Navy were still not on his mind when he was doing these open mics.

He had tried to move on

He tried to build his identity how ever weird it was

Nearly a decade later he has been in court due his military experience finally rebuilding on the ruins of what he thougtht was a great start to life by joining the Navy at 18

Now years later those legal battles just to honor military service have been mostly processed.

My Attempt to create a educational review of my own military service and the ensuing va and court issues.

In this I start with the the Constitution.

This is where it all begins FOR a 18 year old who swears a oath, that is federal law, to defend the Constitution.

I believe the Constitution can be reduced to a human rights document.

Without it the common person in a society may not have any legal right to any right under the establishment of a leadership be it a king queen or president.

The VA was denying me. At the same time I was finding all this evidence that my exact job and duty assignment are known studied documented occupations that cause the issues I was looking for support for.

Of course it was not being recognized by VA reps.

You could of brought them the whole enchilada and all the sauce and they would ignore it

Currently bootcamp in 1994, my time, and I am sure now, teaches fundamental,

OPSEC, Operational Security, which basically means dont talk about what happens, where your ship is for example. There are terms such as top secret above basic OPSEC with I suppose higher levels of what you might know and the consequences if you talk about it outside of the classification.

With just basic OPSEC, You will not see me personally, 1 guy, for nearly 20 years, discuss or desire to remember, especially when things got brutal at the age of 19 approximately, on the ship, 1 day of my military experience over the 8 year enlistment.

IF IT CAN BE THIS BAD AND THIS OPEN, THE DENIALS, BASED ON SOME ODD TECHNICALITY, OF WHAT THE VA USES SCIENTIFICALLY AS EXPOSURE LIMITS THEY RECOGNIZE, FOR BURN PIT EXPOSURE, THEN CONSIDER ALL THE LESS EXTREME, BUT DEFINITLY KNOWN DANGEROUS HAZARDOUS EXPOSURES.

MY WATCH STATION ON THE SHIP FORWARD LOOKOUT, WHICH ONLY A FEW OF THE YOUNG GUYS WOULD STAND, WAS DIRECTLY ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF A PIECE OF TAPE THAT SEPARATED, A HAZARDOUS WARNING OF IONIZATION RADIATION, FROM THE SHIPS RADAR DOME. CAN YOU IMAGINE HAVING TO SIT NEXT TO THAT ALSO PULLING SECURITY WATCH FOR THE SHIP AT SEA, NOT REALLY KNOWING WHAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING, AS THE TAPE AND THE WARNING ARE RIGHT THERE ABOVE THE BRIDGE, FREEZING THUNDER STORMS, HEAVY SEAS TAKING THE WHOLE MAIN DECK UNDER THE OCEAN, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL TORMENT I NEVER DISCUSSED BEFORE.

NOT TO MENTION DEPENDING ON THE CURRENT YOU ARE IN DIRECT LINE OF THE DIESEL ENGINE SMOKE STACK EXHAUST UP THERE ON THAT WATCH, THAT IS ROUTINE ON A FFG FOR THE YOUNG GUYS, IN DECK, WHICH CONSISTED OF ABOUT 10 OF US
